Hope : - Why Do We Live?
Hey there, I am a student who feels people should talk more instead of just swallowing their pain and their emotions inside. Because I was one of them! And some very special people told me to let all of my emotions out. Although skeptical at first, I tried it out. And it worked! A thing you should know about me is that I write poems. And my way of revealing my emotions was through my poems. Although however sad I felt, I made it a habit to write happy poems. Even if the poem was dark and bloody till the end, I would write a happy ending to ease my real-world pain. Once when I was feeling very low, I questioned our existence (like we all do) and I remembered a scene from a movie, a man was pleading for his life at gunpoint. Even though he had nothing left, no money no family, he still pleaded to be spared. And that made me wonder, "Why do we plead? What is the one thing that keeps us going for more? What is that thing that makes people want to live a few seconds more?" And I...
